Admission Requirements

1) OSSD or equivalent. This must include:

  • Grade 12 English
  • Grade 11 Math
  • Grade 11 Biology
  • Grade 11 Chemistry or Physics

2) A one-page essay entitled “Why I wish to become a Dental Hygienist”

3) At least one letter of reference supporting your decision to enter this field

4) A Pre-entrance examination

5) A Personal Interview

6) Canada Wide Police Clearance Search

7) Medical Clearance Form completed by a physician

8) Four hours of observation with a Registered Dental Hygienist
